Hi Country Haus is one of the most requested Winter Park properties and it has been a long-time favorite of families and groups because it has everything you need in a mountain resort. The Fraser River flows through the middle of this complex located on a 25-acre wooded development, just two blocks from main street.

With 1085 square feet, this two bedroom, two bath unit sleeps six easily and comfortably. The master bedroom has a queen bed, there are two twin beds in the guest bedroom, and a sofa sleeper is found in the living area. There is a nice wood burning fireplace in the living room, to help keep you nice and warm on a cold winter night. For your entertainment you will also find a tv and vcr. The kitchen is nicely equipped, so you can save money by preparing your favorite meals at home, rather than eat out. This unit also has a private balcony that you can relax and enjoy your morning cup of coffee on.

Hi Country Haus condos offer a centralized recreation facility with an indoor pool, four hot tubs, a sun deck, picnic pavillion and a children's play area. There is a meeting room available for groups, and you will find picnic tables and bbq's throughout the complex. For your convenience there is a small, on-site shopping center with a ski-shop, store, small movie theater, laundry room, video store, a bar and a few dining establishments.
