Hampton Lakes is an exclusive estate of luxury houses situated on Highway 27, just off the US 192. It is a prestigious, private community set amongst the gently rolling hills and orange groves of Northeast Polk County. This is an ideal base to hit all the theme parks and attractions and from which to explore both Central Florida and the Atlantic and Gulf Coasts.

This vacation home is an ideal two family villa with the two master suites offered. Each has a queen bed and en-suite facilities. The third and fourth bedrooms each have two twin beds and there is a sleeper sofa in the living room. Enjoy the large open floor plan that contains a fully equipped kitchen dining area and living room with TV, DVD and Cable TV. It also features a washer/dryer and linens and towels for your convenience. Guests also have full access to our Concierge and Cyber café located at our office. Guests can enjoy the oversized pool and patio area which is screened-in, for dining, swimming, relaxing in the spa or basking in the Florida Sun on a padded lounge chair.

Surrounding Description

Hampton Lakes Community has excellent facilities including a large community pool, floodlit tennis courts, a sand volleyball court, basketball court and two kiddies play areas, all available complimentary for our guests to use. Within five minutes drive you have access to Champions Gate Golf Course and shopping complex, this includes a large Publix supermarket, liquor store, video hire shop, Chinese restaurant, Pizza and pasta restaurant, Creperie, McDonalds, nail and hair salons amongst others.

Nearby Attractions Description

Due to the villa being centrally located in the heart of Florida all the major attractions are within an easy driving distance. Walt Disney World, Sea World, Wet ‘n Wild and Universal Studios are minutes away. Other area attractions are Busch Gardens, Kennedy Space Center, the Gulf Coast, Tampa, St Petersburg and Clearwater to the west, with Daytona Beach, Cocoa Beach and Cape Canaveral to the east, about one hour away.
