This is a non smoking home, and is located very close to the beach, with nice lagoon views! Just a short walk to the ocean, with four bedrooms, three full baths and one half bath, so the home can accommodate up to 10 guests.

Features Description

The first floor master suite has a King size bed with a private bath tub, and separate Shower. Another bedroom has a queen bed and shares a full bath with a room which has 2 twin size beds. The second floor loft is furnished with a bunk bed, and has access to a sundeck, and a private bath.The kitchen comes fully equipped, and comes with a sky light. There is a gas grill for those days that you want to BBQ. There is also a dock right on the lagoon for those times you want to sneak away with a good book.

With this great home being located very close to the beach, you can sun and surf all day long. You can take in the surroundings any time from your deck, or you are within a short distance of lots of activities. With ten miles of award-winning beach and close proximity to Charleston, you will find plenty to do here during your stay.

Kiawah gained lasting fame for its spectacular, oceanside golf courses, all designed by top golf pros. Besides golf, tennis is a popular attraction, and Kiawah's scenic, undeveloped shoreline stands among the country's best beaches. In an effort to maintain the integrity of the barrier islands, developers have preserved the most sensitive terrain and lumped land-use so that it doesn't negatively impact wildlife and vegetation. An increasingly upscale dining scene and a few shopping enclaves provide further distraction, and Charleston is only 21 miles north if brief escape is necessary.
