The living area is really cozy with comfortable seating and ceiling fans to help keep you cool. The kitchen is loavely with its white cabinetry, and is fully equipped to make preparing meals on vacation easy. There are gorgeous views of the ocean from this condo, and you can just step out of the screened porch and be just footsteps from the beach and complex swimming pool. For your convenience you'll find a full size washer and dryer in this unit.

Surrounding Description

Some of the greatest things about staying here at the resort are being just 19 steps to the beach, which offers world class shelling, swimming and even gulf fishing. You can enjoy bird watching, beach photography, fabulous sunsets and kayaking. Also on site is a championship tennis court, a heated beachfront pool, shuffleboard, basketball and a picnic/BBQ area.

Nearby Attractions Description

While in Sanibel, some great things to do besides all the beach activities are visit the Historical Village and Museum, see the Sanibel Gardens Preserve, or go to Lighthouse Park and take a walk along the trails. There are plenty of wonderful places to picnic, canoe, kayak, and even hike. You can watch dolphins, play golf, or just relax on the beach.
