This two bedroom, two bath condo includes a loft for three more guests.  The living area has an L-shaped sofa, arm chair, a wood burning fireplace, framed artwork, TV, VCR, a DVD player and a CD stereo.  The dining area is just off the kitchen and seats six.     The kitchen is equipped with a microwave and dishwasher.  In the master bedroom you'll find a king bed, TV, VCR, two nightstands, two lamps, framed artwork and a full bathroom.  The second bedroom has one queen and one twin bed, one nightstand and lamp plus a full bathroom.  The loft has a bunk bed with a twin over a double.

Complex amenities include two outdoor spas and a sauna which can be used year-round plus in the summer you can use the pool, tennis courts and barbecue area.

Mammoth Lakes has spectacular skiing, sledding and snowboarding in the winter.  In the summer enjoy hiking, fishing in one of the many lakes or horseback riding.  There are five lakes in town and hundreds more that are accessible by a hike.  Whether its a fifteen minute walk, or a six mile trek, the backcountry offers untouched beauty.
