This cozy two bedroom and two bath unit is decorated with soothing blue and taupe colors.  Enjoy the great views of the coastline and pool from your living room, through the large sliding glass door.  Outdoor furniture on the balcony lets you relax and take in the fresh air. The wall striped, fully equipped kitchen has all the major appliances you will need.  Small appliances such as a blender, toaster and coffeemaker are also provided. There is a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. The glass dining table seats four people and there are two additional seats at the breakfast bar. The master bedroom has a king bed and boasts incredible outdoor views from it's large glass doors.  There are two doubles in the second bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

Located next to Rosemary Beach is this self contained resort with an abundance of perks. Discover the tropical lagoon pool which boasts a kiddie pool and heated whirlpool. With the gigantic pool and private beach, you won't have to worry about feeling crowded like at other overpopulated high rise condos.  A seasonal gulf front bar and grill is located in the gazebo on the walkway to the beach. A barbecue grill area, playground, shuffleboard and lighted tennis court is also available.  It's a great choice for a family beach vacation.

Nestled between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach on Scenic 30-A, High Pointe Resort has become a popular getaway for families looking to vacation in South Walton County. It is also located near all of the great restaurants and shopping that South Walton has to offer. Destin and Sandestin offer water parks, additional golf, more shopping and food if you feel like leaving the beautiful area.
