La Flor (The Flower) is an upscale small beach front single family home community on the quiet north side of Jaco beach (only 29 homes). Only a 3 minute drive to downtown restaurants and shops yet far away from the traffic. It is gated and has 24 hour security.
Features DescriptionThis home is lavishly decorated, including original Costa Rican furniture such as a rattan dining table and ottoman lounge chair. The enclosed living area downstairs is larger than at other La Flor houses because there is no outdoor downstairs terrace. There is a terrace upstairs, outside the smaller bedrooms, with a table, chairs and an umbrella. All three bedrooms are upstairs. The Master bedroom has a King size bed, TV, armoire, a wrap around balcony and an en suite bathroom with a combination shower/bathtub. The second and third bedrooms have Double beds and closet. They share a bathroom with shower.
Surrounding DescriptionLa Flor Elegante is the 8th house from the beautiful beachfront pool and club with waterfalls.
