Two minutes from luxurious Taylor Bay Beach.

Features Description

The trade winds blow through the houses, keeping the indoors cool even on the hottest days. Nowhere in the Turks and Caicos Islands can views be found like the ones from our two-acre waterfront estate this is a favorite place for everyone from Honeymoon couples to wedding parties. The Main House pool and its wet bar are perfect for an intimate drink for two, or a fun family reunion. A mid-week cleaning service is included. The main house overlooks the Chalk Sound National Park, and you can see for miles. An oversized 40 ft. kidney shaped pool serves as the center of fun and relaxation. The pool has a water seat built into the center of the wall where you can enjoy drinks. A wet bar and barbecue area entice alongside. The windows and doors all have screens, and in the upper level there is an extra screened porch.

You can go scuba diving or snorkeling. There is also fishing and sailing. The reef peeper which is a glass bottom boat is across the road including many charter/dive operations. There are numerous restaurants, spas and shopping facilities. The golf course is of championship caliber.
