This elegant English Tudor Manor is kid friendly and filled with 22 original watercolors of the local area. There are great beaches nearby.
Features DescriptionThe kitchen is fully equipped. The dining area can seat 20 in a U-shaped configuration and also has a cheery fire stove. The first bedroom on the ground floor has a 'Harry Potter' style closet with the extra linens.
Surrounding DescriptionAptos is home to both the The Forest of Nisene Marks State Park and Seacliff State Beach California state parks. Many Aptos beaches are popular spots for surfing and bodyboarding. Aptos is also a popular spot for Freeride biking and street skateboarding. Aptos is also home to the annual Fourth of July "World's Shortest Parade," so called because the parade route is about one-fourth of a mile.
Nearby Attractions DescriptionThere is swimming, surfing, river wading, long walks, bonfire rings. Local bike paths, golf course within a two minute drive. Lots of restaurants and deli's within walking distance. Many parks including the Seacliff State Beach Park with the historic cement ship at the end of the wharf is next to the Rio Del Mar beach. It's about a 12-minute drive to the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk and Wharf.
