A second upstairs bedroom suite features a queen sized bed, en-suite bathroom and balcony overlooking the bay as well. The third upstairs bedroom offers a king sized bed and en-suite bathroom. On the lower level, is the fourth bedroom offering two double beds and an en-suite bathroom. The new fifth and sixth bedrooms are located on the main level and will offer twin or optional king sized (twins pushed together) beds and en-suite bathrooms.

Outside, the private tennis court is set in front of the home down the long driveway leading to the entrance of the villa. On the back of the home, the interiors open to comfortably furnished verandahs and the large grassy lawn and private pool and Jacuzzi beyond.Stepping-stones lead to the small, private beach cove where excellent swimming may be enjoyed.
