Features Description

Playa Romantica is a home on the beach.Both bedrooms have private private patio access. There is a fully equipped kitchen. The living/dining room has a fireplace (bring own wood or fire logs) and a beautiful view of the water as well as quick access to the beach. Other amenities include a large beachfront patio and furniture, ceiling fans, central A/C, TV Monitor for VCR, (bring own video tapes) outdoor shower, and charcoal barbecue. Sheets and one set of bath towels are provided.

Surrounding Description

This former fishing village is found along the northeastern shore of the Sea of Cortez, which is also known as the Gulf of California. Also known as Rocky Point by the gringos who frequent its beaches and other natural wonders, the city of Puerto Penasco is a great destination for North American travelers all year long. It has some of the very best beaches, the water is warm and clear, the tides are quite large and the swimming and snorkeling is excellent. You can fish on many of the party fishing boats, linger pool-side, enjoy a cocktail in one of the many local establishments and dine at one of the nice and inexpensive restaurants along the ocean.
