Enjoy the expansive view across the lake from the large patio, the heated infinity pool and spa, or from the inviting balcony on the 2nd floor. Relax during Happy Hour under the Tiki hut on the new boat dock while watching fish and dolphins play.

Early risers are rewarded by the spectacular sunrise across the water. The boat ride to the river takes about 25 minutes (no boat lock). Several stores and restaurants are close by. Golfers will find a number of golf courses within easy reach.

The home is fully equipped as far as electronics go and offers free wireless internet access. Each bedroom features a TV. There are also two living rooms, one on each floor, opening to the pool area and balcony, respectively. The patio includes a dining area, lounge chairs, and an expensive Weber grill.
