|
The words sea view dont quite describe what you see, standing on the terrace at Baan Muang. Unbroken panoramic sunset views captures it better you get a truly amazing feeling here, drinking your morning coffee and gazing down to the beautiful bay below you. There is a large swimming pool with sun loungers and umbrellas for a bit of shade. The pool is set in some lovely tropical gardens, and you have 180 degree views of Ba Kantiang Bay while youre swimming!
LOCATION
Although Baan Muang is up in a quiet, tranquil hillside, its actually situated very conveniently close to all the amenities and facilities of Ba Kantiang bay, Koh Lanta. Only 600 m walk takes you to the white, sandy beach plus restaurants, bars, tour shops, massage and more. If you dont feel like walking down the hill, there is a free shuttle to the beach from the villa management. Nearby, around 3 km away is Koh Lantas waterfall an interesting 30 minute walk through the forest takes you up the river and ends at the waterfall with some caves along the way. There is elephant trekking nearby too as well as the Mu Koh Lanta National Park with stunning scenery and views. If youre not sure what to do, ask the helpful reception staff they can order and pick up food, arrange motorbike or car rental and also book any day trip you feel like taking. There is also a ticket booking service in reception so you can book your onward travel here too.
VACATION VILLA ACCOMMODATION
Bedrooms
Not only are the propertys views breathtaking, guests will experience them when they wake to when they sleep due to the rooms bed positioning. Both beds are queen size doubles and very comfortable. Both have air-conditioning but guests may find that the cool sea breezes that flow in are enough to cool the room. Both rooms also have en-suite bathrooms.
Bathrooms
The property has two en-suite bathrooms have the same chic and stylish theme that exists throughout the property. Both bathrooms have a special feature, they have an open side allowing guests to shower and gaze out at the beautiful views.
Dining Room
Dining takes place on the spacious outdoor terrace. The terrace has a large wooden dining table that can seat eight people and has a cover over it to allow guests respite when eating from the midday sun.
Kitchen
The kitchen is well designed, offering plenty of space through its large work surfaces and ample cupboard space. Modern appliances provided with the kitchen include oven, gas hob, fridge freezer microwave. Whilst cooking and preparing food, guests can enjoy the sea and garden views that the room provides.
Living Rooms
Located next to the kitchen area, the lounge provides guests with a plasma TV that supports internet browsing, a large assortment of cable TV channels, a DVD player and also a stereo. The lounge is comfortable in style and allows for two extra sleeping spaces, bringing the total number of people the property can sleep to six.
