There are two main parts to the garden – the swimming pool area with its adjoining Thai sala, and the outdoor terrace area, directly accessed from the main living area. With many spots in the shade or sun, you have all angles covered. Another great feature of the property is the upstairs covered terrace/sala, which is not just a great place for al fresco dining, but also provides great views overlooking the lakes of the adjoining Pattaya Floating Market. Smoking is not allowed inside the property, but outside on the terraces or within the salas is fine.

Within just 2km from Jomtien Beach and the main strip where you will find many international and Thai restaurants serving every cuisine you can imagine, you can have a peaceful and tranquil location within close proximity to everything you need for a great Pattaya holiday experience. With the Floating Market next door and other major tourist attractions within a ten-minute drive such as Underwater World, Alangkarn Theater, SIlverlake Vineyard, Phoenix Golf Course and Viharnra Sien Chinese Temple, you have everything at your fingertips. VACATION VILLA ACCOMMODATION
Bedrooms
Baan Suay Tukta villa includes three bedrooms all of which are located on the second floor. The master bedroom is the perfect place for relaxing after a day at the beach with a double bed and full entertainment system. Enjoy a movie or two in the comfort and privacy of your room on the large Samsung TV featuring cable TV access, a DVD player and high-end surround sound system. The master bedroom is adjacent to an en suite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe providing you with ample storage space. The second and third bedrooms mirror the master in amenities and class with double beds, air-conditioning, flat screen televisions and beautiful wooden floors throughout. A second en suite bathroom is shared between the second and third bedrooms and is equipped with full shower facilities, washbasin and toilet.
Bathrooms
Baan Suay Tukta features three bathrooms, one of which is en suite off of the master bedroom. The master bath includes an added degree of luxury with a built-in Jacuzzi, shower, toilet and washbasin. The second bathroom is shared between the remaining two bedrooms and includes a shower, washbasin and toilet. The third bathroom can be conveniently accessed by guests and is located off of the kitchen. The guest bathroom is fully equipped with a shower, toilet and washbasin.
Dining Room
Dine in comfort in the spacious dining area located between the lounge area and the kitchen. The large wooden dining table with seating for eight creates a pleasant atmosphere for enjoying a meal with family or friends.
Kitchen
There are plenty of options for self catering in the open space floor plan including both indoor and outdoor cooking facilities. The indoor kitchen is fully stocked with modern appliances including a 4-ring stovetop, oven, microwave, toaster, extractor, water heater and refrigerator. The outdoor Thai style kitchen includes an additional stovetop as well as a washing machine.
Living Rooms
The lounge area is a perfect place to enjoy some down time on your holiday. The open plan living space connects a comfortable sitting area with wicker and natural toned furniture to the adjacent outdoor shaded terrace. Open the large doors onto the terrace and allow the tropical breeze to flow throughout the villa while you take advantage of the fully equipped entertainment system including a large LG flat screen television, surround sound system and a wide variety of international cable TV channels.
