This richly appointed, beautifully decorated 2,500 square foot custom home is ideally located in the Sugarloaf neighborhood.  It offers excellent ski-in, ski-out and bike trail access as well easy walking distance to the village.

The warm and inviting great room design is anchored by a soaring fireplace that rises to the beamed cathedral ceiling. This spacious open living area includes a gourmet kitchen that is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a cooking island surrounded by a breakfast bar that seats four and a large dining area that seats 8 comfortably.   It was designed to be the ideal gathering place for friends and family. The other upstairs bedroom has two twin beds and a full size fold out futon bed. A loft area separating the two upstairs bedrooms also has a full size futon pull-out. A desk with high speed internet access is also located in the loft. This brings the sleeping capacity to 12. The outside of the home is delightfully landscaped with numerous and diverse wild flowers. A covered deck with a dining table and gas BBQ extends this home to the outdoors. For the ultimate in outdoor relaxation take a soak in the private Hot Tub.
