DESCRIPTION
This single story luxury villa is set at the top of a hill with unbelieveable sunset and ocean views. It overlooks 2 km of pristine sand beach. The beach is an easy 400 meter stroll downhill from the villa.

Features Description

There are four bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom and walk-in shower. One bedroom has a king size bed, the other has a queen. The left rear bedroom has a queen size bed, a nice jungle view and a separate entrance. The other rear bedroom has a king size bed and a private patio that overlooks the ocean. All suites adjoin the living room with its wall of windows that overlooks the ocean and a sliding door onto the deck and the pool. At the rear of the living room is a fully equipped kitchen. The dining furniture is setup on the outdoor patio and is perfect for eating outdoors or for cut-throat games of hearts or monopoly.

Surrounding Description

You're going to want to get up at 5:00am to watch the sunrise, the flights of wild parrots and the monkeys that live in the jungle behind the villa. The sunset at 5:30pm is even better! Its almost a ritual to gather on the patio at sunset and watch the ocean swallow the sun, while sipping a pina colada.

Nearby Attractions Description

If chasing a white ball around a large green area is your idea of a great vacation, then you're in luck. The owners recently purchased a membership at the private 18 hole Papagayo Golf and Country Club for the benefit of the guests. The villa is only a short walk to the beautiful, white sand beaches.
