Features Description

In the family room, we have plenty of comfy sofa space for enjoying the large cable TV with DVD/VHS player.  All bedrooms have TVs with DVD players, and one also has an X Box with games.  FREE DVD, VHS, and CD library with a wide selection of family and popular titles, as well as games and books, are available for your enjoyment.The large covered patio is equipped with a ceiling fan, table, chairs, and loungers. The fully screened pool and spa enclosure with southwest and west-facing views is perfect for long afternoons of sun-worshipping or watching the sunset after a long day in the parks! The child safety screen around pool offers protection for little ones, but can be folded away if your party does not include children.The separate formal living and dining rooms offer a quiet retreat for enjoying a good book or chat while the family plays. Many of the rental homes in the area offer little privacy, with no fences and small lots. At our villa, we have no rear neighbors, just panoramic views!

Highlands Reserve, though only minutes from all the main Orlando attractions, including Disney World, Sea World, and Universal Studios, also provides an array of activities for those days away from the parks: on-site golf, tennis, swimming, and playground facilities are just steps from your front door.
