The drapes are electric with black out curtains; the home is fully air conditioned and features a huge roof top entertainment deck with a Jacuzzi, fiber optic lighting and stereo. The huge home theater in the living room is nine feet by nine feet with stereo music/DVD/VCR/cable piped into every room. It also includes high definition televisions.
