DESCRIPTION
|
Rental villas are located on 2 acres of lush, private oceanfront property. There are four villas on the property: the vacation rental villa is located on the top floor and the owner lives on the ground floor where you will also find a flower shop & gift gallery featuring work of local artists. A wooded landscaped path leads you to our own private beach right behind your rental villa. From here, you can walk to popular Jobos Beach ( 5 minute walk) and surf, swim, sip cocktails at the bar or simply lounge on the beach and watch the action.
Our spacious one bedroom oceanfront villa (sleeps 4) has a fully equipped kitchen, high ceilings, CATV w/HBO in living/dining room w/ sofa, loveseat, table w/chairs and a Murphy bed (bed pulls out from wall & sleeps 2). The air conditioned bedroom has a queen bed; double glass doors open out from both the living room and bedroom onto a spacious private balcony equipped with double lounge chair, round table w/4 chairs & umbrella. Spectacular sunsets!
Our oceanfront studio (sleeps 2) is also equipped w/samll kitchen, A/C, CATV with HBO, has a double bed and loveseat. Double glass doors open onto a balcony w/cocktail table and 2 chairs. NIghtly rate is $100/night.
