The great room has a beamed ceiling, HDTV with surround sound and includes a dining area that seats 12. Adjacent to the great room is a half bath. Four French doors lead from the great room to the covered outdoor living area featuring a Viking grill, refrigerator, sink, teak dining table, and fireplace with teak sofa grouping. The 12 x 30 foot heatable pool with water features has a 6 whirlpool spa and teak lounge chairs. The media room has a 62 HDTV TV with surround sound and accesses the bar. Enter the bar through a barrel vaulted walkway off the entry fully equipped including refrigerator, sink, icemaker and half bath. The adjacent sunroom is a perfect place for quiet reading or playing games on the game table. The hallway is lined with books to read and window seats.
