This home has a desirable “reverse” floor plan that places the formal dining area and living room on the upper floor. One of the 4 bedrooms has a king sized bed, the second has a queen bed, the third has 2 twin beds, and the fourth has 2 queen beds. The central family room has sliding doors that open to a large covered lanai, or step out the other side of the family room to your large secluded 14X30 pool, a large spa, spacious deck with patio furniture, and a Tech Grille.
