There are two separate living areas in this home—the first has a sectional sofa, chair, and a sliding glass door to the pool area. Another smaller living area is located just off the kitchen and features a leather sectional that pulls out to a queen sleeper sofa. This room also has a TV, VCR, and doors to the pool area and lagoon. The kitchen is quite large and features all new appliances, track lighting, and a large island with seating for 5. Again, this room offers fantastic views of the pool and lagoon. Furnished with a beautiful table for 8, the more formal dining area is adjacent to both the living room and kitchen. The master suite is off the kitchen and den and includes a king bed, TV, walk-in closet, and a large private bath with a sunken tub and separate shower. 2 other bedrooms are located on the other end of the home. The first has a queen bed and TV. The other has 2 twins, a TV, and a sliding glass door to the pool area. These bedrooms share a bath. Outdoor amenities include a back deck that expands the entire length of the home and overlooks the pool and lagoon. Beautifully landscaped, the pool area gets a lot of sunlight. Here you will find a gas grill, a table that seats 4, and numerous lounge chairs.
