DESCRIPTION
This luxury home is nestled in the mountains and comes with a private hot tub. You will find yourself located on the 5th tee of the Jack Nicklaus golf course. During the colder evenings, sit next to the fireplace and stay warm while reading a good book. This is a great place to come for your next family reunion or vacation with friends.

Features Description

This home features four bedrooms, four and a half baths plus a small heated entry room where you can store your boots and coats. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, ice maker, coffee maker and breakfast bar with extra seating. The dining area has tile flooring, large windows with wooded views along with two tables that each come with six chairs. The living area has a CD player, cable TV and DVD player. The master bedroom has a queen bed and in the master bath there is a shower and jetted tub. In the second bedroom there is another queen bed. The third bedroom has a bunk bed (twin on top, double on bottom). The fourth bedroom also has a queen bed. The other three full baths have jetted tubs, a great place for relaxing after skiing. There are three double sofa sleepers available in this home for six more guests. Also available for your use is wireless internet access.

Surrounding Description

You will have no problem relaxing in the six person hot tub on the patio outside the living room, and enjoying the oversized two-car garage, laundry area with washer and dryer, satellite and cable TV, and being close to bike trails, golf and skiing. Take a drive down to the slopes while staying here.

Breckenridge is a beautiful destination full of Victorian charm, as well as great dining and shopping. During the winter visitors enjoy world-class downhill skiing, as well as Nordic skiing, snowmobiling, ice skating and other exciting winter activities. Summers in Summit County are just as exciting. Enjoy perfect 70 degree days while biking, fly fishing, hiking and more. Other activities you and your group may enjoy while visiting the area may include going to the Summit County's Bike Path System, Maggie Pond, golfing and more. Spend a day taking some historic tours and learning the history of Breckenridge or visiting the Mountain Top Children's Museum.
