Inside this home there are three bedrooms, two baths and sleeping accommodations for up to eleven people. The master bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has two twin beds plus a TV. In the third bedroom there are two more twin beds. Also in this unit are two double sofa sleepers (sleeps four people) and an extra twin bed. The dining area has a table with seating for up to six people along with a ceiling fan. The fully equipped kitchen has a coffee maker, toaster, blender and dishwasher. The living area has a TV, ceiling fan and access out onto the deck.

Klitzke House features covered parking, a wrap-around balcony and gulf views. There are views of Little Lagoon from this home as well. For your convenience, this home also comes with a washer and dryer.

Within an hours drive of the Gulf Shores and Orange Beach, Alabama area you will find many attractions- historical and natural, museums, parks and nature preserves- to engage the young and old alike. There are historic forts, battlefields and monuments, such as: Fort Morgan and the Battleship Alabama. The Museum of Naval Aviation in Pensacola and the Exploreum in Mobile, both feature IMAX Theaters and exhibits that inform as well as entertain.
