Walk out the front door and turn right, and in just a few short minutes you’ll be on the gorgeous beach at Hilton Head where you can walk, jog, ride your bike, swim, or just relax! Or, you can drive a few minutes and be at the Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center or one of 3 premier golf courses in Palmetto Dunes! Come spend your next vacation at this great Palmetto Dunes home that is nestled in a natural setting on a quiet street.

Features Description

This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home has an expansive deck where you can relax and also has its own heated* swimming pool and spa. A dining room with seating for 10 is just off the kitchen. The spacious family room is furnished with 2 sofas and 2 comfortable chairs. You will find this room to be great for conversation, reading or watching TV and movies on the DVD or VCR players. There is an assortment of games, videos and paperbacks in the entertainment cabinet. The family room has 2 sliding doors that exit to the deck and swimming pool. The large master bedroom is tucked away on the other side of the house, has its own private, light filled bathroom and a king sized bed. You can watch TV in bed, or exit through the sliding door and go for a late night swim. The second bedroom is on the front side of the house, has a queen sized bed and its own TV. The third bedroom is also on the front side of the house, has 2 twin beds, a desk with high speed internet and its own TV. Adjacent to these 2 bedrooms is the 2nd bathroom that has a tub shower. The family room, hallway and master bedroom surround a large private area of the deck that has its own hot tub! This is a home where you will truly enjoy living outdoors as well as indoors. The area around the pool features a large table with umbrella that seats 8, a gas grill and chairs for relaxing around the pool. There is also an outdoor shower for rinsing off.
