DESCRIPTION
Come stay in this comfortable home that is located close to the ocean. Located not that far away is snorkeling, kayaking, fishing, bicycling and sightseeing. Relax out on the deck that comes with outdoor furniture and enjoy the scenery around you. Go for a walk or jog along the sandy shoreline while staying here. A great place to come with a group of friends, business retreat or family reunion.

Features Description

There is plenty of room for everyone in this six bedroom, five bath home. You can sleep eighteen people comfortably and everyone will have enough space to spread out. The first floor features a living area that has a double sofa sleeper for two extra guests. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, dishwasher and ice maker. The dining area has a white table with four black chairs and four white chairs. There are two bedrooms on this floor; one with a queen bed plus a double sofa sleeper and the other bedroom also has a queen bed. The other four bedrooms can be found on the second floor. The first bedroom comes with a king bed and the second bedroom has two twin beds. The third bedroom has a queen bed and in the fourth bedroom there is another king bed. Also on the second floor is a sunroom with a twin daybed and trundle.

Pavilion Place is a small gated community located in the heart of downtown Isle of Palms. Some features include a community swimming pool and parking, You are a short walk away from shopping as well as to the Front Beach area.

Spend the day playing with the kids at Blackbeard's Cove Family Fun Park. You are located adjacent to Kiawah Island and 25 miles away from Historic Charleston. Other fun activities include wildlife tours, nature tours, kite boarding, skate boarding, indo-boarding and more. Visit the day spa and salon while staying here.
