DESCRIPTION
This is a charming Cape-style ranch home in Harwich, a quiet resort and agricultural community located on the south side of the Cape peninsula, with an extensive shoreline on Nantucket Sound. With almost eleven miles of tidal shorelines, you are sure to have the best vacation here in Cape Cod.

Features Description

This well laid out home offers three bedrooms, two baths, paddle ceiling fans throughout and has a basket ball court. There is lots of privacy with the location of this home. The living room features vaulted ceilings, a beautiful gas fireplace with mantle and large windows/sliding glass doors that overlook the large brick patio outside. There is a fire pit on the patio, if needed for those cooler nights or for roasting marshmallows.  The kitchen has been updated and has all major appliances. Small appliances such as a toaster, blender and coffee maker are also provided.  There is a washer and dryer on the first floor in the home that can be used.  The master bedroom has a queen size bed, second bedroom has a full size bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds. This home can sleep up to six people.

Surrounding Description

Three protected harbors offer opportunities for fishing, scuba diving, or boating and sailing, like Wychmere Harbor, one of the most scenic harbors in the world. There are several overlooks on Route 28 from which you can view the harbor activity. Pack up the family for a day of hiking, biking, bird watching, swimming and sightseeing along the 23 mile bike trail winding through unspoiled woods, working cranberry bogs and stretches of shimmering ponds.
