DESCRIPTION
In this comfy third floor condo you'll find a private balcony with outdoor furniture to relax and take in all that surrounds you. Located on-site is a picnic area with gas grills, a fitness center and twelve tennis courts.  This beach and racquet resort sits on the Gulf of Mexico where you can take a walk along the sugary-white shore or just relaxing on the sand.  Not that far from the complex is dining, water skiing, bicycling, parasailing and many other activities that everyone can enjoy.

Features Description

This two bedroom, two bath condo easily sleeps six and offers a comfortable living area with a queen sofa sleeper, two matching arm chairs and framed artwork.  Access the balcony through the sliding glass doors as you overlook the state park out to a partial gulf view.  You'll enjoy cable TV, a DVD player and free movie rentals plus a CD stereo system.   This unit also offers high speed internet and an in-room safe. The dining area seats six and is adjacent to the breakfast bar.  In the equipped kitchen you can whip up a quick snack or a complete meal plus there's a stackable washer and dryer.  The master bedroom has a king bed, wall-to-wall windows, framed artwork and artificial plants.  The second bedroom has two twin beds, framed artwork and an alarm clock. There is an amenity program which includes a complimentary pass to seasonal activities such as charter fishing, boating adventures/cruises and a water park.

Some of the resort amenities include The Sandbar Market & Emporium which offers gifts, T-shirts, sundries, beach toys, magazines, etc, a Pro Shop to get all your tennis gear, a state of the art fitness center, and a spa. There is also a tram service that runs throughout the resort every half hour for your convenience.
