This spacious and airy townhome is located in the exclusive Northern Lights development,just a few minutes walk from the top of the Village and both theWhistler and Excalibur gondolas. This is a great house for large groups or for two or even three families to share.

With a spacious entertainment area featuring hardwood floors, awood-burning fireplace and a large dining area seating 10-12, it is avery comfortable property.Entry is on the ground floor, which features a foyer, a heated bootroom, access to the double garage, a ski tuning bench and ski andsnowboard racks. This level also contains the den, which is equippedwith TV, video and DVD and a library of videos. The sofa bed in the denconverts into a Queen bed.On the main floor is the spacious living and entertainment area, alsoequipped with TV, video and DVD and a library of music CDs. The roomhas vaulted ceilings, large windows and expansive views. The kitchen isfully-equipped. This floor also has a large deck with gas BBQ.Upstairs is bedroom 3 with a Queen bed, a fireplace and access to thehot tub deck, as well as bedroom 4 (the bunk room) which has foursingle beds configured in two bunks (each with an upper and lowerberth), and a full bathroom. This bathroom also has a washer-dryer. Onthe third floor is the master bedroom, with ensuite bathroom, andbedroom 2, also with an ensuite bathroom. This is a great house forlarge groups or for two or even three families to share.
