Sunshine Days - this is the perfect home for a holiday getaway, located in a quiet area within a short distance to the beach to enjoy an early morning or evening walk around Old Ocean Grove. The beach just a 2 minute drive away. The main shopping strip is conveniently located within a few minutes walk. It's a short drive to the historic town of Queenscliff, Pt. Lonsdale, Geelong, Torquay, Portarlington olive groves and wineries, St. Leonards, the Bellarine coastal drive, Ocean Grove Pool complex and the marvellous Geelong Adventure Park - great for the kids and loads of fun. Just a one hour drive to Lorne via the Great Ocean Road. A great location to enjoy exploring the Bellarine Peninsula and all its treasures, or just staying put in Sunshine Days and enjoying your idealic holiday location.

Sunshine Days sleeps 6 with queen beds in all bedrooms and a TV in two bedrooms with built in robes. Main bedroom has a queend bed, the second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has a queen bed. The bathroom has a shower and modern fixtures and fittings. The kitchen is open plan and overlooks the back yard and is fully equipped with electric cooking facilities, microwave and all the things you will need to enjoy your holidays. There is a laundry with washing machine and dryer and the toilet is separate from the bathroom.

For comfort there is reverse cycle split-system air conditioning in the living area, and for entertainment there is a TV and DVD player in the loungeroom. The backyard is a large area its ideal for the kids to play and features an outdoor shower. While the adults can sit back and enjoy a glass of wine in the private rear pergola area. Cook up a BBQ or put your feet up and enjoy your favourite book and simply laze the days away! There is off-street parking.
